"Not what I thought"
Disappointed with a jacket that I over paid. Pockets where sewn way to far back and another jacket not even deep enough to hold a phone...Come on you can do better.

"Poor Service"
O red red two shirts and when I received the package, one was incorrect. I sent it back with instructions on exchanging it for the item I actually ordered. I had to call to confirm they actually got my return. Then they said it will take two weeks for them to process my return. Three weeks have passed and still no communication from the company. When I call, the recording says there is heavier activity and please call back or leave your number. Still waiting….Worst service I have ever experienced.

"The worst customer service"
Nice merch within a certain genre. But try exchanging or returning. It takes weeks and weeks and there is no paper trail... no real customer service at all. This feels like a one man operation... it is impossible to track if you got or are getting a refund until it actually processes which is unduly long wait. Customers in 2022 are used to better. Good luck to these guys.

"Colour & Catalogue issues."
Will start with the positives - I found the quality of the sweater I bought for my husband very good, and it was true to size. I have absolutely no complaints on those fronts.
My issue comes with the colour that was shown in the catalogue was absolutely not the same as the colour of the actual sweater. I would generally have not complained about this too much, except it was the second time I bought something (men's shirt) where the colour was too far from what the catalogue showed.
I returned the shirt and it did take a long time for the credit - and only after a couple of emails.
The sweater we did keep - as thankfully my husband did like the "new" colour.
The other issue is that their catalogues don't show the products on people - so its hard to really gauge what things look like when being worn.
I feel that with the price of these clothes, they need a better business model. I'll be very hesitant to order from here again.

"They take GREAT pictures of shirts"
You have to hand it to them, they know how to market and their pics can turn crap quality clothes into something that looks very high class. Its not false advertising, that is the shirt your getting its just a really REALLY good picture of the walmart quality shirt your getting. Kind of genius marketing

"Shop somewhere else"
Nice pictures but not so good quality products. Poor tapering of sleeves, everything from slave labor countries. Customer service has 45 minute wait to pick up and returns take over a month and shipping is at your expense. The product is not as nice as the pictures.

"Terrible Return Experience"
Wish i would have read reviews before ordering. Was not happy with quality of material, looks high end in the catalog but quality is not upon receipt. Returned an item and never received acknowledgement email though UPS shows it was delivered. Called after weeks with no response and was told returns take 6 weeks or more. Still waiting. Will never order again.

"Past Customer, No More"
I have ordered from C2C numerous times over the past 10 years, but not for the last 2 or 3. Almost everything they sell is made in China. Why would I want to enrich China? Maybe to help enable China to build more military islands to threaten world peace, or perhaps to give them more money to purchase farmland in the USA near our military installations?
IMO Americans should wake up and only buy Chinese goods when absolutely necessary. C2C sells nothing that is essential. There are alternatives.

"What a mistake of not checking reviews first"
Their catalog looks high-end, but the ordered items look like something purchased at Walmart (maybe even W carries nicer stuff). What's more, I have yet to see my money back after returning the item (they don't come with tags, so who knows if they have been used) a month ago. Not only does it take about 1/2 hr to reach them, but customer service representatives also evade questions and do nothing about your complaints. I will be reporting them to BBB.

"Slow refunds"
I purchased a shirt for my son and had it shipped to his house. It was too small, so he sent it back and I purchased another one which fit perfectly. The quality of the clothes are excellent. That was 2 months ago and I still have not received the credit for the shirt he returned. I called then and they said they received it, but it takes 3 to 6 months for a refund. WWHHAATTTT? I would have purchased more clothes from them, but they just lost my business forever. Extremely rude customer service rep as well.

"Flashy catalogue, very poor service!"
0riginal order was delivered in less than two weeks. My second order placed on January 11th arrived partially filled, with one item that was too large. I used the supplied return label and sent it back the very next day with instructions to replace the item with the next smallest size. That was January 18th, a week later I contacted C2C to verify they had received the the item. They had but had not "checked it in yet" it is now February 5th and it still isn't showing returned in my account! And no notification of the adjusted size being shipped. Oh, and don't get me started on the 31 minutes on hold without getting help!
Also, other items I was interested in their just released catalog were not going to be available until March or April of this year, Wouldn't you want to be able to sell the merchandise your marketing? There are other items I was interested in, but I am reluctant to place any further orders under the current circumstances! I hope my experience is not the norm!

"Not New"
Purchased one pair of boots. Looks like a returned product. Has stains, crack and a wearing off condition. The vendor shall not ship the product with such a condition. Will return.

"BIG disappointment - flimsy and not worth it"
The men's Gloaming Sweater looks luxurious and comfortable in the catalog. IN ACTUALITY, there are TWO major things wrong:
1.) Sizing - I have worn a size "Large" in sweaters my entire adult life - THEIR large is actually a medium - their sizing is OFF
2.) The quality is SO-SO - the sleeves and bottom immediately developed a 'roll' since there is no seam or finishing

"Bought 1 Item."
Just being fair since I see negative reviews, I actually sent an email 10 hrs after I purchased a black hoodie and asked them if they could cancel my order after reading these reviews, since the item had not shipped. Did not get a reply but it was shipped 5hrs after that. I ordered on monday evening 5:30pm and it was on my doorstep Thur morning. I live in CA, so same state as them, but it was fast. It looks like the picture, thinner as some have said, but I guess thats hard to convey in a picture. I am happy with purchase. More expensive than what I would usually pay for something, but I just wanted it =P
